Our Services

We provide you with binding bookings for your property.

We handle enquiries from potential guests, the booking process including confirmation and invoicing, certification issues for foreign visitors to obtain their visas, management of your booking calendar and, if necessary, complaints during or after a guest’s stay.

We provide you with a profile of your accommodation including photos and description (currently in German and English).

By offering rental arrangements such as pricing with seasonal rates, variable fees etc. we offer maximum flexibility.

During an initial conversation we shall clarify any questions that you or we may have.

We will then visit your property on an agreed date and take photos and create a detailed description of the property. You will benefit from our years of experience of the best way to present your accommodation.

In addition, we will discuss with you the pricing structure for your rental and subsequently add this into our system.

Subject to each of our availability, your accommodation can appear on checkin-muenchen.de within a few days of your initial contact.

We reserve the right to reject the inclusion of accommodation in our portfolio which we feel does not meet our quality standards.
